Hi! Firstly you should improve your vocabulary, and then grammar or both together.

After this, with solid base of vocabulary and good grammar you should take English courses. Try to find the best one - a teacher must be native english speaker.

Pay most of your spare-time to practise english with your friends, relatives, with native speakers would be diserable to your improvement.
